Kammye Staley is a passionate educator and community advocate whose purpose is rooted in service. As Founder and CEO of Champions Preparatory Academy in Lithonia, GA, she blends educational excellence with heart-centered leadership to provide quality programs that nurture the whole child — academically, socially, and emotionally.

From an early age, Kammye was drawn to mentoring and community involvement. Over the years, she has built a legacy of empowerment by launching afterschool and summer enrichment programs, coordinating parent engagement events, and forming partnerships with schools, faith organizations, and nonprofits to expand opportunities for youth.

Under her leadership, Champions Prep has become a hub for holistic development —where academic success meets character growth, mentorship, and family connection. Kammye is known for her relational leadership style, data-driven results, and her commitment to evolving based on the needs of the communities she serves.
